Having faith in the grand design that was planned for you is tough sometimes. I believe things happen for a reason, especially the things that disappoint you. Every success story ever is written with a thousand and one disappointing closed doors. Having faith that those moments will lead you to your true destiny is often discouraging and not for the faint of heart. Hope is a brave thing to cling to.
This morning I woke up to this sweet message from my husband written on packing paper considering we are moving next week and there was no actual paper. (Seriously guys, how did I land this amazing human!?) But this big act of kindness reminded me of that belief. This is an ever present theme in The Pavers, of pushing through the hard to get to what you were made for.
Maybe you don't know what you want to do with your life, you're experiencing a horrible breakup, you're struggling to make ends meet during the holiday season...maybe everything seems to be crumbling.
That's just noise.
You were meant for something greater.
Jeremiah 29:11 'For I know the plans I have for you', declares the Lord. 'Plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'
